Rachelle is the perfect balance between motivating and understanding. She knows how to push you to reach your goals, but does it in such a kind way - definitely not the typical PT. Always positive, always generous with her time and constantly working with me to find exercises I actually enjoy. I’m so grateful to have come across RM Health!

I LOVE training with Rachelle. I have personal training once a week and I also go to the sunrise sessions. I like to exercise but have always felt a bit intimidated when going to train at a gym or a gym run class, so for me Rachelle's approach to fitness is brilliant! Rachelle does a fantastic job of motivating me & I feel completely at ease because she has great knowledge of fitness and takes the time to understand what works for me as an individual. The sunrise sessions are the best way to start the day! Its always a friendly group & I love the sense of achievement I get afterwards. Rachelle is an amazing trainer who is always striving to find the best practise for her clients. I trained for over 10 years with RM Health in Cronulla and loved my weekly workout. The sessions were well planned and always different. Great energy and highly motivational, with the added bonus of being a yoga teacher. A well balanced trainer who will make sure you are challenged but will make sure you care for any injuries or concerns you have.
