Sunrise Sessions have been created to get you up and out the door, get your heart pumping, your body moving and help you achieve your healthy lifestyle goals.

Start your day with functional exercise, surrounded yourself with positivity and get those feel good hormones flowing.

All fitness levels are encouraged and welcomed and initial consultations are available if you wish to set some goals and keep track or your progress.


Rachelle is 100% dedicated to you. She will help you achieve results in a way that won’t scare you off but instead want you wanting more! She is a very professional trainer and has a beautiful soul to go with it. Rachelle is a stand out to others. She doesn’t push you beyond breaking yet knows how to help you achieve massive results. I lost 8kgs in 8 weeks during the sunrise sessions spring challenge and had so much fun along the way. I’ve never enjoyed exercising so much and I have certainly never been excited about it, some how Rachelle changed that! The sunrise sessions with Rachelle were the perfect way to start my day and I was actually excited to wake up early to get there! Could not recommend her any more!

Cost of investment

The sunrise sessions are run in school terms, the payment schedule is structured to encourage members to get the most out of their training by attending as much as possible. Holidays programs are available.

Casual visit = 22

1 session per week ( 10 weeks) = 165

2 sessions per week ( 10 weeks ) = 200

Preliminary assessment and accountability extras = 55

(Spring Challenge entry fee includes 2 x 15min accountability consults, 1 x RM SHIRT or RM HAT and a chance at some awesome prizes) Got to be in it to WIN it!!
