I run one-on-one and small group personal training programs in Shoalhaven Heads & Berry NSW

After twenty years of continuing education and experience in the health and fitness industry I have become the mindful trainer I am today. I combine my own life experience and knowledge of fitness, nutrition, yoga and meditation with my passion for helping others to change lives and get results.

My personal service includes continual support, education and inspiration.

Personal Training 60 min = 107

Personal Training 30 min = 65

Share Personal Training is available with a maximum 2 people.

All Personal Training programs run for a minimum of 6 weeks.
