I’m really looking forward to our training together this term.
Term Three Sunrise Session program includes:
1 - 2 x 6am group training sessions per week on Mondays & Thursdays
Below is all the extra information you should need to get started.

WHEN AND WHERE:
This term we will be meeting at The Berry Showground just before 6AM weekly on Mondays and Thursdays during the school term.
There is plenty of parking in the grounds. As the term progresses and the mornings become lighter we can also utilise Boongaree Nature Park Berry.
Wet weather option is St LUKES CHURCH BERRY 68A Princess St. However I will let you know via the private SUNRISE SESSIONS group facebook page the morning of our training if there is a last minute wet weather change so if you are unsure, CHECK this group prior to sessions.
IF IT IS YOUR FIRST SESSION with RM please arrive 5minutes early to fill out a quick form so we can still commence on time. Thank you
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring with you water, a towel your mat and a set of dumbbells ( recommended 2-5kgs). Bringing your own weights and mat has been implemented to help assist in minimal sharing of equipment where possible. I have spare mats and dumbbells if you need to higher them for the duration of the program please email prior to our first session together and I can arrange that for you! I will also have a few spares in my car incase you forget on the day!
