Let’s Go Workout - 10 minutes

This 10 minute mini session is a great way to start our challenge.
It’s all about waking up and toning the glutes and legs! You will feel the burn in this one!! Just lean in and enjoy!!! Perfect for a pre-walk movement session. No Equipment needed!

I RECOMMEND A 20-30MIN WALK AFTER TODAYS Let’s go mini workout IF POSSIBLE followed by your mindfulness practice.

Enjoy this calm and controlled session focusing on a steady core, strong back and toning for the legs. Follow with a Let’s stretch session. Equipment recommended (light dumbbells)

let’s stretch session 10min

This foam roller release video can be paused if you wish to enjoy more time on each movement. Be sure to find a few trigger points in each position and allow time for the foam roller to work its magic. Equipment needed (foam roller) You can use a large drink bottle if you don’t have a roller but you can pick one up pretty cheap from Kmart for around $10

Lets go 30min workout



A great session for all over toning! Get your heart rate up and enjoy the burn. One of my favourites! Equipment recommended (mat + chair + dumbbells) 30min

A great upper body stretch and lower body release. Equipment needed. (a foam roller or rolled up towel will be helpful for some of the exercises towards the end)

Enjoy this align session using your pilates ball. It’s worth the investment and you can pick one up pretty cheap to do the job!!!! Equipment recommended (small pilates ball + mat)

NOTE : You could try use a rolled up towel if you don’t have a ball yet.
