I’m really looking forward to our training together this term during RM’s annual Berry Spring Challenge!
Well done on putting your best foot forward and signing up! I’m sure you’ll feel better for it!!!
This program includes:
1 - 2 x group training sessions per week on Mondays & Thursdays
2 x 20minute pre & post consults
goal setting worksheet
bonus online on-demand stretch sessions to enjoy at home

WHEN AND WHERE:
This term we will be meeting at both Boongaree Nature park fitness area and The Berry Showground just before 6AM weekly on Mondays and Thursdays
There is plenty of parking in the grounds.
Wet weather option is St LUKES CHURCH BERRY 68A Princess St. However I will let you know via the private SUNRISE SESSIONS group facebook page the morning of our training if there is a last minute wet weather change so if you are unsure, check this group page.
IF IT IS YOUR FIRST SESSION with RM please arrive 5minutes early to fill out a quick form so we can still commence on time. Thank you
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring with you water, a towel your mat and a set of dumbbells ( recommended 2-5kgs +). Bringing your own weights and mat has been implemented to help assist in minimal sharing of equipment where possible. I have spare mats and dumbbells if you need to higher them for the duration of the program please email prior to our first session together and I can arrange that for you! I will also have a few spares in my car incase you forget on the day!
