I love my phone, it’s such a good business and social tool!!! Technology is AMAZING... but... I am always on it.

If you’re anything like me you’ll feel a bit controlled by the constant demand a phone puts on your day. I just had a three week break over Christmas where I logged off social media and work all together (which was VERY good for my soul). However I believe we shouldn’t just wait for our once a year Christmas break to enjoy a digital detox. This is why I have decided again this year that time in the week without my phone or laptop is essential to my health and my families happiness!

Friday’s is a day I’d like to commit to my kids... wholeheartedly. It’s the quality of the time I’m wanting!! I’ve tried just putting my phone on silent or tried to not be distracted by it but I just can’t help myself in answering messages, looking at notifications, answering enquiries etc......

PHONE OFF FRIDAY works for me! Why not try a time in YOUR week where you can experiment with switching OFF your devices. Even just for 3-4 hours. See how you feel and notice how your Interactions with others changes! HAPPY FRIDAY. That’s a wrap from me today!!
