Join our women-only outdoor workout group in Berry for a 6AM Sunrise Session that will gently energize your body and clear your mind. No egos, no intimidation - just calm, welcoming vibes and functional strength training to build lean muscle and tone. Adaptable workouts for all levels, with accountability, encouragement, and fresh air.

This is more than a workout - it's a grounded community of women growing stronger together!

THE 2026 RM SUNRISE SESSIONS INCLUDES:

  • 1- 2 x group training sessions per week on Mondays + Thursdays

PLEASE NOTE:
Donโ€™t worry if youโ€™re new or havenโ€™t exercised in a while.
Every workout can be adapted to suit your fitness level, and youโ€™ll be welcomed by a friendly group of local women.
You donโ€™t need to be fit to start. You just need to show up.
