RM Sunrise Sessions is an outdoor training group (indoors when wet) that runs on MONDAYS & THURSDAYS in Berry NSW at 6am with Rachelle.
JOIN our MID-TERM intake (5-Week program) starting Monday the 2nd of March till Thursday the 2nd of April.

Join our women-only outdoor workout group in Berry for a 6AM sunrise session that will gently energize your body and clear your mind.
No egos, no intimidation - just calm, welcoming vibes and functional strength training to build lean muscle and tone.
Adaptable workouts for all levels, with accountability, encouragement, and fresh air. This is more than a workout - it's a grounded community of women growing stronger together!

NEW and returning members are welcomed and initial consultations are available if you wish to set some goals and keep track or your progress.
These sessions are 55 minutes in duration and include a 5 minute mindfulness practice.
